On average, it may take 3-10 business days for your order to be shipped. It’s not always possible with custom orders but we will do our best to expedited your shipment. Please check your confirmation emails for updated for turnaround times. Please allow additional time for delays when there are natural disasters. We ship Monday- Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders placed at Juanita’s Design Studio will include a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent informing you of the number along with delivery notice. Please allow up to 24hours for USPS or other choices of delivery to update their system traveling of package(s).

As items at Juanita’s Design Studio are usually customized/personalized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item(s). But for some reason on our behalf a problem was missed, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given. So please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. A refund will be issued after we have receives, inspected and processed your return. Juanita’s Design Studio will refund the decided amount back to your method of payment.

NOTE: We cannot accept any return(s) if the item has been used or opened from the original packaging.

Once an order leaves Juanita’s Design Studio we cannot guarantee shipping times or exact delivery dates. This is completely in the hands of the carrier USPS/Other.  Weather, holiday volume or other unforeseen delays are not something Juanita’s Design Studio has control over. Please confirm that all shipping information is correct before completing your order. Any orders returned because of an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee. Juanita’s Design Studio is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.

Delivered but Not Delivered


All of our shipments include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers below in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.  

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them upon things that are not in or control. Delivery time will also depend on shipping method that you choose.
