Due to most items at Juanita’s Design Studio.com are usually customized or personalized products orders and are clear from material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery, for if any reason on our behalf we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given. Also items that are on sale can not be returned. Monogram fonts and vinyl colors can vary, and we are not able to return or redo any item for mistakes with your monogram order or if you are not happy with the way that a letter or color looks. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings. So please double check your order before checking out be sure you order is of your liking to proceed on. Our decals are measured per inch by the longest side. For example, a headboard would be by the width, and mattress would be length. Juanita’s Design Studio are not responsible if you are not happy with the font, size (of clothing or decals), or color you chose. Personalized items are final sale. Provided is a color and monogram font chart to help you choose your favorites. You may view colors and font sample here before you order.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellations may be made once your order has been placed. We will not cancel orders once it has been processed (typically within a couple of hours of purchase). Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins to be prepared for shipment.Therefore, due to the nature in which we process, design, and produce your order along with the need to purchase some materials, we do not accept cancellation of any orders. PLEASE check your order over carefully that you have ordered your items just as you want them, as each item is monogrammed to the specifications of each order.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or offer you a store credit. If you purchased an item that is 20% off or greater the items are FINAL SALE and will not be granted a return or store credit. NO REFUNDS.

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOMIZED items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your order is submitted your personalized order, it will be considered ‘in processing’. Changes to your order will incur a change fee of $25.00 per order as we process our orders very quickly. Changes include but are not limited to personalized, product, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc. Changes submitted via email will be made and charged without notice.
Returns
We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered products unless the product or embroidery is defective. In the event that a product or embroidery is defective, please notify us in a timely manner. It would be helpful if you would take a picture of the defect and upload it. Any defective custom embroidered product will be replaced free of charge.
**SALE ITEMS/DISCOUNTED ITEMS 20% OFF OR GREATER AND ACCESSORIES (I.E. PHONE CASES, JEWELRY, ETC.) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR REFUND. THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
- All returns must be received within 3 business days of the shipment delivery date. Returns and exchanges outside of this 3 day limit will not be eligible for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All returns and exchanges must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition (no visible signs of wear – i.e. free of any stains, free of any odors, etc).
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Store credits will be issued after the return is accepted and you will receive a code with the amount of your refund that you can use on your next or future purchase.
- You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. We offer a $6-$10 tracking with shipping return label that you have to purchase to return the items based on the weight and number of items you are returning. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping fees WILL be deducted from your transaction amount even if it’s labeled free shipping.
- Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label. It is very important that you ask for a tracking number when shipping your return or exchange. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged in the shipping process.
- Once your package is received please allow up to 10 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
Exchanges:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your payment. We offer a $6-$10 tracking with shipping return label that you have to purchase to return the items based on the weight and number of items you are returning. Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet your needs. If there is a problem with your exchange, we will contact you via the phone number or email you provide at checkout to discuss alternatives. In order to make an exchange, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your exchange meets the criteria stated.
If the order is returned past the 3 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied, OR, we can send the items back to you with a future order. You will not receive a refund of your money.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.If you believe you have received merchandise from Juanita’s Design Studio that is damaged or incorrect (wrong style, size, or color), please contact email us at juanitasdesignstudio@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery receipt – NO EXCEPTIONS. A partial or full store credit (no refunds to your card) will be issued to your account, not including shipping fees and taxes, once the damaged merchandise is reviewed and approved (a picture MUST be provided with proof of damage).
Delivered but not delivered
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order.
